Scope of Services
The building has a centralised ventilation system comprising of 4 No. air handling units (AHUs) located within internal and external plant rooms. Fresh air is provided to the floors via distribution ductwork routed within the two core risers into the ceiling void at high level on the floors; feeding the Fan Coil Units. From the fan coil unit tempered air is supplied to linear grilles around the perimeter of the office space and griles located in the ceiling.
The Basement has a car park with its own dedicated fire rate extract system with run and standby fans.
Other systems include toilet extract, mechanical supply and extract to basement plant rooms
