Project Description

BP2 is a large prestigious and unique new office building, 14 storeys plus 3 basement levels, constructed on reclaimed dockland in Canary Wharf to be leased by JP Morgan Chase

Scope of Services

Working directly for Canary Wharf Contractors Ltd, ASM were appointed for the shell and core airside package for this modern and impressive office complex. ASM's package included all the airside plant i.e. AHU’s, fans, silencers, insulation and commissioning.

ASM’s appointment was not only for the conventional ductwork but also included fire rated ductwork and all associated plant controls and wiring.

In addition, ASM also had the lead co-ordination role and are proud of the fact the project was completed ahead of program. The complete shell and core plus fit–out works were completed in 21 months.
