Project Description
BP2 is a large prestigious and unique new office building, 14 storeys plus 3 basement levels, constructed on reclaimed dockland in Canary Wharf to be leased by JP Morgan Chase.
Scope of Services – (Fit - out)
Having successfully completed the base build shell and core airside package ahead of program and on budget ASM, having competitively tender the fit out package, were successful in being appointed for the works. This included all the primary air ductwork and connecting to plant and equipment.
The combined program for Shell and Core plus fit-out was 21 months
