City Point, one of the tallest buildings in the city of London, rising to a height of 666ft (203M), 27 stories.

Scope of Services

ASM, as a sub-contractor to Amec Building Services, were responsible for a £1.1 million shell and core ductwork only package for all areas above ground.  Due to restricted false ceilings and large central core there were an unusually high number of risers, with levels 8 in the podium and 14 and 36 in the tower being dedicated plantrooms.  Given the space restrictions and site location, logistics proved to be one of the major hurdles to overcome. With a twelve month services programme the entire contract was managed on a “Just in time” principle, ensuring completion on time and within budget.
