A large office project with a floor space of 750,000 square feet, constructed in an area of reclaimed dockland at Canary Wharf

Scope of Services

The contract was a direct package for the client, Shell & Core services for a multi-storey office development on the Canary Wharf development.  Our contract included the project management, procurement, installation and commissioning of air handling units, fans, silencers, grilles and diffusers together with the conventional and fire duct services.  We also had responsibility for the motor control centres and interconnecting control and power wiring.
