Project Description

Derby City General Hospital is a large PFI project constructed on the site of the existing hospital.

Scope of Services

ASM worked directly for Skanska to deliver a full airside package including setting to work and commissioning.  Based on the successful delivery of Phase I ASM were able to negotiate the second phase of the project.  This resulted in the overall value of the project rising from £4 million for the 1st phase to a total of £10m, inclusive of Phase II and the Acute Building.
