About Us

ASM Engineering Ltd was established in 1980 and remains a privately owned company. Originally the company was based in Luton, Bedfordshire with a manufacturing facility of 6000sqft. With growth came the need to relocate to larger and more appropriate premises. Hence in 2005 ASM move to Hitchin in Hertfordshire, which afforded better office accommodation and a 20,000sqft manufacturing facility.

• 19 years experience in the industry
• 12 years with ASM (4 years at board level)
• ONC in mechanical engineering
• Sits on the ADCAS executive committee

Mark Godfrey – Contracts Director

• 25 years experience in the Mechanical & Electrical Building Services industry
• Previously employed by major Mechanical & Electrical Services Contractors where he rose through the ranks, culminating in a Regional Directors position for 5 years

• Responsible for the operational delivery of a number of projects across the business
• Director responsible for Quality Assurance

Dan Tubby – Business Development Director.

• 40 years plus experience in the Mechanical & Electrical Building Services industry
• Completed an apprenticeship in H&V design and progressed through various engineering levels to General Manger of operations, responsible for a team of managers, engineers and quantity surveyors delivering multi-disciplined, multi-million pound projects
• Eng Tech LCIBSE, previously Member ASHRAE & BIFM
• With this experience and knowledge made a career change some 18 years ago and moved into Business Development, responsible for all aspects of the front end of the business
